Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our apartment communities. This is a great opportunity for a person looking to move into a Supervisory position.

Duties:
- Perform maintenance on a day-to-day basis for our residents
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
_ Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in an apartment setting
- Mechanical knowledge and skills and the willingness to learn
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
